CHILD ABUSE

If a parent or guardian suspects child abuse has occurred, our team is ready and available to help. 

 

We can assist with filing charges with law enforcement and make direct referrals for medical and/or legal assistance in preparing a restraining order against the child’s abuser.  We have a full-time child therapist on staff to help the child deal with the trauma of abuse. 

 

We work closely with Child Support Services to ensure the family receives the myriad of resources available to them.
