At The Sacramento Regional Family Justice Center we offer Domestic Violence Training Course, that equips professionals and community partners, as well as survivors and loved ones of survivors with the knowledge and practical tools needed to effectively support survivors of domestic violence. The course covers the dynamics of abuse, trauma-informed and survivor-centered responses, safety planning, and the coordinated community response model that is central to the Family Justice Center approach. Participants gain insight into local resources, legal and advocacy options, and best practices for working compassionately and ethically with survivors from diverse backgrounds. This training strengthens collaboration across agencies and empowers attendees to respond to domestic violence with confidence, sensitivity, and accountability.
